Are there online mediation options?
Yes. We provide online mediation options through platforms like Zoom®.
While this was essential during COVID quarantines, we find Divorce and Family Law Mediation more expeditious and successful when all parties attend together at a physical location.
However, when a couple is unable to do so or finds it more beneficial to attend online sessions, online mediation is available following the initial mediation session (some exceptions may apply).

Are there online DIY divorce options?
Yes. Just like mediation, we request an initial in-office appointment when possible. In that appointment, we can complete an intake to help you determine if online DIY options are right for you.
DIY divorces are becoming increasingly popular and many divorce attorneys agree that online divorce options may be the best way to go for many couples with uncontested divorces.
In some cases, a DIY divorce is less than ideal and without knowing basic reasons why, someone wanting to save money by avoiding legal expenses may incur greater cost in the end.
Who can you meet with if something goes wrong?
Unlike working directly with a national company offering online divorce services in numerous states, including Missouri, we offer a local representative and office where you can turn to if there is a problem with your paperwork or if you decide to get local, legal help.
That's the confidence of it being done right for the best price possible for a Missouri divorce.
