What are Power Guide Sessions? 

All-day (8am-6pm) or half-day (morning or afternoon) mediation.  All-day mediation special listed above.  Half-day mediation (5 hours) $620 per session.

Each party agrees to attend these sessions to establish terms associated with his/her divorce.  Power Guide Sessions are often utilized to expedite the divorce process.  Couples can work with the trained, Divorce and Family Law Mediator individually or together while attending these sessions.

Numerous breaks, beverages and snacks are provided.  A box lunch is included for all-day sessions only.

The goal is to complete the divorce mediation in its entirety in one, two or three session(s), based on individual circumstances.
